General Nursing is a highly demanded profession in the employment sector. The probability of employment as nurses is almost 100%. Hence a support for the training in this field yields fruits in the long run.

A.D. Trust's decision to extend its support primarily to young ladies derives from the assessment of the present societical development. Generally, women belong to lesser-privileged section of the society, especially in Indian situation. They are lesser educated and they have seldom chances to win the competition in the society. At the same time women’s contributions for their families and society are immense. Their earnings reach their families whereas lion’s share of the income earned by many men does not reach their families. Rendering scholarship for women’s education means therefore support of their personal development, their families as well as of the society.
